Main Composition and physical characteristics

1、Heat Resistance
High borosilicate glass has more resistant to thermal shock than other types of glass, It can endure 200°C shock difference and utmost 1300°C of vitrification.
2、Resistant to thermal stress
Borosilicate glass has a very low thermal expansion coefficient, about one-third that of ordinary glass. Thus making it more resistant to thermal stress and with good physical characteristic.
3、Resistant to chemical
Good chemical characteristic with resistant to acid, alkalinity and liquid, etch resistant.
4、Optical characteristic
High refraction, High transition.
5、Mechanical characteristic
With heat resistant, borosilicate glass has characteristic of second thermal formation.

1、Specification
-high borosilicate glass sheet: Thickness 3 – 19mm, Diameter:
-10 – 1100mm, 20x20mm – 580x 1100mm
-high borosilicate glass tube: Diameter 5 – 260mm, Thickness 2 – 6 mm;
-high borosilicate glass rod: Diameter 4 – 60mm,
-high borosilicate color: red, green, amber, pink, yellow, black, transparent
2、 Process
*High borosilicate glass sheet：
-partial or fully printing；hole drilling on specific position;
-partial or fully sandblast；polished straight or belleveled edge;
-round or square stepped glass and so on
*Further process of borosilicate tube:
hand-made heat and blow, cutting and hole drilling
*Further process of borosilicate rod:
heat and pressed, cool process and cutting and grind to lens.

2.By air to destination airport ,you need to pick up the goods at desination airport ,pay local charge like duty,import tax,transport cost to your company etc.

3.By sea to client's destination port,you need to pick up the goods at desination port,and pay local charge like wharf fee,duty,import tax,transport cost to your company etc.

A: 1.We have our own factory,design team and production lines.Our factory consists of three workshop: handblown, machine blown, semi-automatic pressed. 2.Our designer & technical workers have worked in glassware field more than 5 years.In the past years, we have helped many customers to complete their special designs successfully. 3. Hand blown and machine made production methods, combine the advantage of traditional glass making with the efficiencies of modern production. 

 Q2. Can I get samples ? 

 A: Sure.We usually provide existing sample for free.But a little sample charge for customer designs .We usually send samples by FEDEX,DHL,UPS or TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account. 

Q3. How long is the sample lead time? 

A: For existing samples, it takes 3-4 days. If you want your own designs,it will take 7~10days, subject to the difficulty of your designs . Anyway we will response fast to your request. 

Q4. What’s your MOQ? 

 A: Usually our MOQ is 1000 pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel easy to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost reasonably ,hoping you can place lager orders after checking quality of our products and knowing our service. 

Q5. How long is the mass production lead time? 

 A: It will take 10~28work days for the products you select . We have large production capacity which can ensure fast delivery time even for lager quantity . 

Q6. How many colors are available? 

 A: We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

Q7. How do we track the production?

A: The salesman will track it and give the feedback to our clients timely.
